Job Description

This highly reputable and well-established Restoration Construction Company is URGENTLY seeking a top quality Restoration Estimator to join their team! With a great reputation and continual flow of repeat/new clients, they are in need of skilled and experienced individuals like you!

Requirements
- Experience- Restoration/ Mitigation Construction Required
- Education: High School Diploma- GED/Associates/ Bachelor's degree preferred
- Computer literacy required
- Xactimate Proficiency
- IICRC certifications HIGHLY preferred
- Preferred programs Autocad, Bluebeam, Procore, Excel.
- Demonstrating sound knowledge in fire, water, and flood restoration

Duties And Responsibilities
- Manage project estimates
- Ability to anticipate problems and proactively come up with solutions..
- Ability to effectively communicate between insurance agents, clients, and crew
- Review and revise estimates as needed
- Use your creative problem-solving skills to resolve construction and budget issues.
