We’re looking for UX Designers who will help execute our vision for how content drives ecommerce growth for our partners. Your primary task will be to build tools that help our partners create and publish outstanding content like images, videos, and product descriptions, while leveraging generative AI. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders including product managers, engineers, and business leaders to deliver exceptional solutions. This is a full-time role and will work a hybrid schedule based in Lehi, Utah. Frequently Asked Questions What is a day in the life of a UX Designer? Assemble wireframes using our pre-designed interface patterns Design innovative user interactions for core business workflows Tell the story with outstanding spoken and written communication Define, document, and present software requirements Collaborate closely with our product and development teams Ensure quality of the product UX Gain expert understanding of worldwide ecommerce marketplaces Stay informed on the competitive space What will I need to thrive in this role? Bachelor's degree in HCI, Visual Design, Industrial Design, Psychology, or other related degree Experience with UX related responsibilities Basic understanding of Figma (if you’ve used Sketch or any other design platform, you’ll pick it up in no time) What does high performance look like? You follow through with all assignments in a timely manner You give 100% to all tasks and projects you are given You will take full ownership of your projects and follow through to completion What is my potential for career growth? This role will include responsibility over our PIM/DAM solution, Amplifi. As you progress in this role you will gain continued UX experience, as well as cross-functional exposure to ecommerce, product management, and web development. This role has the potential to eventually promote into a Senior Designer. What is the team like? This role sits directly within our Amplifi.io Division and will work closely with a team of talented Product Managers and Engineers as you build world class products. This team is data driven and results oriented. You will collaborate regularly with members of your team to implement actionable solutions. Ideas and input are encouraged from all members.
