Activity Base Pay Breakdown CPM Pay - $0.65 (Cents Per Mile)Live Load - $27.00 per stopLive Unload - $27.00 per stopHook loaded Trailer - $6.75 per stopDrop Loaded Trailer - $6.75 per stopHook Empty Trailer - $6.75 per stopDrop Empty Trailer - $6.75 per stopDetention - $27.00 / hour after 1.5 hours from appointment time. Must notify dispatch and be on time for appointment. Paid in 15-minute increments.Minimum Per Diem Pay - $250.00 – as long as all dispatched (and reasonably dispatched) work has been completed
