Summary:
Jim’s Supply Company is seeking a bilingual, highly driven Store Manager to oversee operations at multiple retail locations. This role requires a proven leader with demonstrated success in retail management, the ability to drive sales, manage P&L performance, and act as a hands-on regional manager across stores.

Key Responsibilities:
· Oversee day-to-day operations at multiple retail locations, ensuring consistency in customer service, sales execution, and operational excellence.
· Lead, coach, and develop in-store teams to achieve sales targets and service standards.
· Actively engage with customers, providing expert advice and customized solutions for vineyard and agricultural products.
· Manage and grow a robust client pipeline through direct outreach, referrals, local marketing, trade shows, and digital strategies.
· Develop and execute store-level business plans to drive revenue growth and increase profitability.
· Monitor, analyze, and optimize store-level P&L to maximize margins and performance.
· Work collaboratively with senior management to prepare bids, tenders, and negotiate contracts.
· Ensure consistent customer experiences across locations and maintain strong relationships with key accounts.
· Stay updated on industry trends and translate market insights into action plans for each store.
· Promote a positive, inclusive, and high-performance culture within each team.
· Take ownership of additional projects or initiatives that support retail operations and strategic growth.
Education and Experience:
· Bachelor's degree in business, Communications, Agricultural Business, or a related field preferred.
· Minimum 3 years of demonstrated success management in a retail environment, including P&L accountability.
· Bilingual (English and Spanish ) required.
· Experience managing multiple locations required.
OR
· High School Diploma/GED with 8+ years of progressive retail management experience accepted.
Skills and Abilities:
· Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
· Proficiency in business math, retail operations, and Microsoft Office Suite.
· Experience with SAP or other enterprise/store management systems.
· Ability to build, manage, and motivate diverse teams across multiple locations.
· Self-motivated, hands-on, and comfortable splitting time between different stores as needed.
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:
· Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record.
· Must maintain personal auto insurance per company standards.
Travel Requirements:
· This position requires regular travel between multiple store locations.
· Mileage between store locations will be reimbursed at the standard IRS rate.
· Candidate must have reliable transportation and maintain current insurance coverage.
