Job description 1. Content Creation and Collaboration - Provide creative direction and support to influencers to ensure content meets brand guidelines.
- Develop and implement collaborative campaigns to amplify the brand's reach and impact.
- Develop and implement creative content strategies for various social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Create, edit, and publish high-quality content (text, images, videos) that engages our target audience and drives traffic.
- Collaborate with influencers to create engaging and authentic content that aligns with the brand's messaging.
2. Client Coordination - Act as the main point of contact for clients regarding their social media needs and campaigns.
- Understand client objectives and translate them into effective social media strategies.
- Provide regular updates and reports to clients on campaign performance and metrics.
3. Social Media Management - Manage and monitor the company's and clients' social media accounts, ensuring timely and relevant posts.
- Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and foster a positive community environment.
- Analyze social media performance using analytics tools and adjust strategies to improve results.
4. Campaign Management - Plan and execute social media campaigns, including paid advertisements.
- Track and report on campaign effectiveness, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.
Requirements - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or related field.
- Proven experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and analytics tools.
- Proficiency in AI tools.
- Proficiency in video editing and design software, particularly Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), as well as 3D and AI design tools, is a plus.
- Familiarity with analytics tools and the ability to derive insights from data.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
