Title: Senior Marketing Specialist

Location: Franklin, TN 37067

Pay Rate: $36.54/hr on W2 (No Benefits)

Schedule: 1st Shift | Monday–Friday | 8 AM – 5 PM

Duration: 9–12 months (or until program completion)

Interviews: Up to 2 rounds via Teams video conference

Summary:

• As an Account-Based Marketing Program Manager for the Electrical OEM channels in North America, you will be responsible for executing targeted account marketing strategies to support account-based selling.
• You will ensure that existing accounts have an enjoyable customer experience while identifying new opportunities within high-value accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and execute account-based marketing campaigns tailored to high-value EOEM accounts.
• Collaborate closely with sales and account management to align marketing strategies with sales goals.
• Track and analyze ABM performance metrics and report campaign success.
• Develop engaging content such as website copy, blog posts, sales tools, and video scripts.
• Nurture leads and set up meetings for the sales team to drive a qualified pipeline.
• Conduct A/B testing to optimize messaging and improve conversion rates.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in ABM, digital marketing, lead generation, or sales.
• Strong background in executing integrated campaigns, including live events, webinars, digital advertising, and social media.
• Deep understanding of content and inbound marketing strategies.
• Ability to align marketing initiatives with technical sales cycles and drive measurable growth.
• Creative thinker with a data-driven mindset and collaborative approach.
