About the Position

We are seeing an enthusiastic and energetic Sales Development Representative (SDR) Manager to help accelerate our growth into both new and existing channels. Reporting to the Director of Sales, you will be responsible for coaching, training and mentoring 6-10 SDRs from their training period through full ramp and beyond.

Responsibilities
  • Help Hire and Train new SDRs to join an expanding team
  • Hold weekly 1:1s with each report to go over progress towards goals and opportunities for coaching and improvement
  • Listen and give feedback on calls both with individuals and in a team setting
  • Work with Revenue Operations on building out new systems and processes to help increase efficiency
  • Utilize Hubspot reporting to identify and action areas for improvement
  • Present to GTM Leadership weekly on progress within the team towards KPIs
Requirements
  • One year or more of front line sales management experience
  • PropTech and/or FinTech experience preferred
  • Hubspot experience preferred

Base salary range: $120,000-140,000
