Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Executive - Enterprise at our New York, NY office. As a Sales Executive - Enterprise, you will be responsible for software sales, contract negotiation, lead generation, and consultative selling. Your day-to-day tasks will include identifying and pursuing opportunities with enterprise clients, conducting sales presentations and demonstrations, building and maintaining relationships with key decision-makers, and achieving sales targets. Responsibilities: Client Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients. Understand client needs and tailor solutions to meet their requirements. Sales Metrics and Tracking :Monitor and record key metrics throughout the sales process. Use data-driven insights to refine your approach and achieve sales goals. Financial Goals: Exceed assigned financial targets. Leverage your sales expertise to drive revenue growth. Industry Knowledge: Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and market dynamics. Use this knowledge to position DocPlace effectively. Skills & Qualifications Sales, software sales, and lead generation skills Contract negotiation and consultative selling skills Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets Ability to build and maintain relationships with enterprise clients Experience in the document management or technology industry is a plus Strong computer skills and familiarity with basic CRM platforms: Hubspot, SalesForce etc Strong work ethic, out-going personality and competitive nature; Demonstrated analytical, negotiating, problem-solving skills with attention to detail; Minimum 2 years B2B combined inside and outside sales experience; Proven track-record of closing short to mid-cycle B2B sales; Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to facilitate one-on-one meetings or presentations; Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience; Ability to navigate basics of Microsoft Office 365 suite (word/outlook/excel); Strong sense of ambition, self-motivation and self-discipline; Ability to work both independently and in a team setting; Experience Experience:2-3 years of business experience, with a focus on sales.
