Location: Based out of our Waukesha, WI location, supporting multiple US Sites

Are you a passionate safety professional ready to make a real impact across an organization? We’re seeking a Safety Leader to drive risk identification, mitigation strategies, and continuous improvement initiatives to keep our operations safe, efficient, and compliant across our US locations .

As a key member of our EHS team, you’ll play a strategic role in building a strong safety culture—one that goes beyond compliance and drives lasting change across the business. What You’ll Do:

  • Lead Risk Identification & Mitigation: Conduct comprehensive risk analyses, implement mitigation strategies, and ensure business continuity across diverse operational environments.

  • Champion Training & Development: Design and deliver engaging safety training and mentor employees to elevate safety awareness and accountability.

  • Drive Safety Performance: Investigate incidents, enforce corrective actions, and develop safety-first initiatives to reduce accidents and near-misses while promoting a safety-first culture.

  • Turn Data into Action: Collect and analyze safety data to identify trends and develop strategies that deliver measurable results.

  • Collaborate & Communicate: Partner with site leaders, employees, and corporate EHS to align local practices with broader safety goals.

  • Program Development: Play a key role in developing EHS policies, practices, and procedures for alignment with business objectives and that drive organization-wide EHS program enhancements.

  • Lead Audits & Compliance: Support and guide audit readiness, manage findings, and ensure timely resolution.

  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for innovation and improvement in EHS processes, tools, and technologies while leveraging industry best practices and emerging trends.

  • Support Strategic EHS Leadership: Provide input to long-term EHS strategies and help shape the future of workplace safety across the organization.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Environmental, Health & Safety, Engineering, or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of EHS leadership experience
  • Proven knowledge of safety regulatory frameworks; OSHA 1910, OSHA 1926, NFPA, ANSI, NIOSH, CFR, IEC, DOT, PHMSA, RCRA, FMCSA
  • Experience with wide range of Environmental, Health & Safety issues including those related to waste management, OSHA regulations, Risk Identification, Mitigation Processes, and Industrial Hygiene Programs
  • Strong root cause analysis and problem-solving skills
  • Effective communicator with excellent organizational skills
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Willingness to travel 25–60% to U.S. locations
