Full Job Description Go To Loans is a fintech (financial/technology) lender focused on helping consumers access the equity from their vehicle. With a highly experienced management team, Go To Loans is the leading provider in Canada for automotive repair loans.
We are seeking a Customer Service And Billing Representative to join our team! You will be responsible for helping customers and vendors by providing service information and resolving technical issues.
This position is Work from home
Using a computer provided by Go To Loans, you will answer incoming Live Chats, answering inbound phone calls, and emails from our customers and vendors. You will also work alongside our loan administration team assisting with preparation of legal documents.
The incoming Chats, Calls, and Emails to customer service are for items such as: status updates on loans, troubleshooting, and general questions about our program.
The successful candidate will also be working in our inbound and outbound billing department which involves making outbound calls to customers, responding to customer inquires and creating payment arrangements using our loan management software.
Qualifications:
* Ability to type 55 WPM in a typing test
* Ability to prioritize and multitask
* Positive and professional demeanor
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Highly proficient using a computer, Smart devices, Microsoft Windows, web browsers, and emails
* Excellent command of the English language both oral and on keyboard
* Must be bond-able with no criminal record (background check required)
* Must be eligible to work in Ontario
* Experience on Live Chats or with auditing documentation for accuracy would be a great asset, or some work history that could show an application of those skills.
* Experience with finance, loans or fintech would be a great asset.
You must be a quick learner on a new system, quick to answer multiple chats, and qualified enough to troubleshoot issues as quickly as possible.
You will also be auditing photos uploaded to our proprietary online system and reviewing personal documents from our customers.
Successful candidates must be flexible in accommodating shifts throughout our operating hours which are currently Monday - Friday to Saturday 9 AM - 9 PM, Sunday 10 AM - 6 PM. These hours are subject to change
Upon successful completion of the probationary period, the wage will be increased to $20 / hour
