Job Description Provide strategic leadership and guidance in the development, implementation, and maintenance of processes and tools to efficiently manage regulatory reviews for food and medical packaging. Perform regulatory reviews for new products, respond to customer inquiries, and maintain vendor regulatory documentation.
WHAT YOU GET TO DO - Manage the collection, distribution, storage, and tracking and retrieval of information pertinent to the regulatory review and approval process; including the development and management of internal processes and tools
- Complete regulatory assessments in support of R&D product development efforts and customer inquiries, identify regulatory concerns, and work with others within Regulatory Affairs to address more complex matters
- Manage and track queries and commitments from internal and external business partners, including the development and management of internal tracking processes and tools
- Promote regulatory awareness and competency by creating and delivering training programs for internal business partners that provide the fundamentals of regulatory compliance, and internal processes and tools to maintain compliance
- Maintain basic knowledge of food and medical packaging regulations, and identify and address pending regulatory changes

WHAT WE WANT FROM YOU - Bachelors Degree in a biological or physical science
- At least 5 years exposure to product development and commercialization processes
- Experience interacting with customers
- Experience in facilitating information system standards and project management
- At least 5 years of experience in regulatory compliance
- Ability to understand and interpret legal documents, laws, and policies pertaining to regulatory compliance
- Excellent organization and time management skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
