Position Summary

We are looking for a motivated, detail-oriented Business Development Intern to support our acquisition team. This role is ideal for students or recent graduates seeking hands-on experience in private equity, M&A, and entrepreneurship. You will work directly with our deal team to support sourcing, outreach, and research efforts as we identify new acquisition opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Research target markets and identify potential acquisition candidates
• Assist in compiling contact lists and organizing data for outreach campaigns
• Draft and send email and LinkedIn messages to prospective sellers
• Track pipeline activity and maintain CRM records
• Help evaluate inbound deals and prepare internal summaries
• Support general business development and strategy initiatives

Qualifications

• Interest in private equity, investment banking, or entrepreneurship
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and time management
• Experience with LinkedIn, Excel/Google Sheets, and CRM platforms is a plus
