Your Impact in This Role

• Lead group therapy sessions for adolescents (13-17 years old) in a community-based setting
• Work with a multidisciplinary team to develop individualized care plans
• Provide psychotherapy and counseling, including group, individual, and family therapy
• Ensure accurate and timely documentation of patient interactions

What You Bring to The Table

• Licensure as LSW, LPC, or above with a passion for making a difference
• Strong time management skills—preferably not taking work home
• Flexibility, teamwork, and a desire to help others
• Experience with psychiatric or chemical dependency patients is a plus, especially in group therapy
• A Master’s Degree in Social Work, Counseling, or Marriage and Family Therapy, or a Bachelor’s Degree with relevant licensure
