The Headlines :

In the role of  Beer Sales Coordinator working in  Milwaukee, WI , you will be part of the Guest Relations Team. You will provide great customer service to our employees and retirees at our Milwaukee Campus Employee Beer Sales store, utilizing a strong knowledge of retail operations. You will coordinate the movement of beer inventory, facilitate sourcing, intake, and prep of all retail merchandise, and create merchandising displays. Successful candidates consistently maintain and provide a safe customer experience adhering to all MCBC safety protocols.

 

This position reports to the  Guest Relations Retail Supervisor and works closely with the Milwaukee Brewery and Guest Relations Teams. 

 

The Responsibilities :

  • You will coordinate all retail-based operations including, but not limited to, inventory assessments, point of sale transactions, and daily opening/closing procedures. 
  • You will work with Retail Buying Coordinator to source and manage merchandise procurement.
  • You will collaborate with the Milwaukee Brewery to get beer to the employee store and coordinate all aspects of beer inventory, including unloading trucks, moving beer to the sales floor, preparing dump beer and maintaining min/max inventory levels. 
  • You will train and certify on forklift and motorized pallet jack machinery and will be required to lift up to 50 lbs. and/or stand/sit for extended periods of time as required.
  • You will utilize strong customer service skills to provide an inviting atmosphere for employees and retirees.
