*Sunday-Thursday, 2pm-10:30pm*

Job Summary:

The Manufacturing GMP Cleaner is responsible for performing routine and critical cleaning and sanitization tasks in a highly regulated biopharmaceutical manufacturing environment. This role supports the production of bulk drug substances by maintaining cleanliness and compliance in manufacturing areas, adhering to cGMP standards, and ensuring safety protocols are followed at all times.

Responsibilities:

• Perform GMP cleaning and sanitization of manufacturing rooms, small parts, and equipment.
• Prepare and apply cleaning solutions per SOPs; wear required PPE including respirator when needed.
• Accurately document cleaning activities in real-time according to cGMP and cGDP standards.
• Report abnormalities or deviations promptly.
• Maintain production areas per 5S and facility cleanliness standards.
• Support additional tasks such as trash removal, floor-to-ceiling cleaning, and equipment tidiness.
• Stay current with required training and SOP qualifications.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–2 years of experience in a cGMP-regulated environment preferred.
• Strong attention to detail with ability to follow complex procedures.
• Capable of physically demanding tasks, including lifting up to 40 lbs and repetitive motion.
• Must pass a respirator fit test and obtain medical clearance for respirator use.
• Proficient in written and verbal communication; comfortable with computer-based systems.
• Familiarity with cleaning chemicals and safety protocols is essential.
