Machine Operator Job Overview

• 1st Shift: 8 AM to 4 PM, Monday–Friday, $20–$24 BOE
• 2nd Shift: 4 PM to 12 AM, Monday–Friday, $22–$26 BOE + $2 shift premium

Responsibilities:

• Setup and operate paper coating and/or rewinder machinery
• Inspect machine operations and product quality
• Organize production areas for efficiency and safety
• Collaborate with maintenance for reliability improvements
• Communicate effectively across teams
• Handle paper rolls, including loading/unloading and staging using computerized systems
• Operate forklifts,
• Conduct equipment inspections
• Maintain accurate records

Qualifications:

• Preferred: Machine operation and forklift experience
• Able to work in a non-climate-controlled environment
• Team-oriented, detail-focused, and physically capable (lifting 50–60 lbs, regular standing, walking, bending, twisting)
• Pay progression available with 30/60-day and 1-year reviews
