Job Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Investment Analyst to join our real estate firm, where you will evaluate investment opportunities and provide critical insights to drive portfolio growth. This role involves conducting market research, performing financial analysis, and working closely with senior leaders to support strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate is analytical, proactive, and comfortable thriving in a fast-paced real estate environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct in-depth market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities in the real estate sector.
  • Perform financial modeling and valuation assessments for potential property acquisitions and existing assets.
  • Prepare detailed reports and presentations to summarize investment performance and recommend actionable strategies.
  • Collaborate with acquisition teams to assess property due diligence, including risk evaluation and return projections.
  • Monitor and analyze portfolio performance, providing regular updates to support ongoing investment decisions.
  • Assist in underwriting deals by analyzing cash flows, debt structures, and exit strategies for real estate projects.
  • Support the development of investment strategies by gathering data on economic conditions and competitive landscapes.
  • Participate in meetings with clients or stakeholders, presenting findings and contributing to negotiations as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in real estate analysis, investment banking, or a similar role.
  • Strong proficiency in financial modeling, Excel, and real estate software (e.g., Argus, CoStar) is preferred.
  • Solid understanding of real estate markets, valuation techniques, and investment metrics.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide clear insights.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with a collaborative approach to teamwork.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a dynamic, fast-paced setting.
