Russell Tobin & Associates is currently seeking a Inventory Planner (2nd shift) in Kirkland, WA

Title: Inventory Planner (2nd shift)

Pay Rate: $28.50/hour

12 month Contract role with possibility of extension/conversion

********* Its a second shift 5PM to 3:30AM PST Front Half (Sun-Wed), Back Half (Wed-Sat) or Doughnut shift (Mon, Tue, Thur, Fri)*************

Location: Onsite in Kirkland, WA

Key Responsibilities

• Efficiently handle materials for production and development using pre-defined SOPs
• Manage inventory using proprietary software and ERP systems
• Move materials between sites both physically and virtually
• Operate material-handling equipment (pallet jacks, order pickers, hand carts)
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards

Required Skills & Qualifications

• at least 1 year of relevant experience either as an Associate Planner or Associate Buyer.
• Highly organized, self-starting, and comfortable with business software, such as Excel SAP.
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to lift up to 49 lbs, stand/walk for 8-10 hours, and perform physical tasks (push, pull, squat, bend, reach)
• Flexible schedule, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
