E2M Technologies BV, an MTS company, is a young company with its main office in Amsterdam, the Netherlands. E2M has a wealth of experience in the design, development and manufacturing of electric motion and control loading systems for a wide variety of applications such as vehicle simulation (aircraft, cars, trains, etc.), entertainment rides, research and development applications and more. E2M products are exported and serviced worldwide from our manufacturing facility in Mijdrecht.

We are searching for you as HR Generalist in part time 4 days per week.

As part time  Human Resources Generalist you are primarily responsible for developing and executing recruiting plans, candidate relationship management, building a pipeline of potential candidates, sourcing, screening, interviewing, assessing, and hiring qualified talent, internal and external, for current and future requisitions.

Additionally, you provide consultation and support to managers and employees on a variety of HR services and programs designed to optimize business performance and create employee engagement.

Major Areas of Accountability:

  1. Partners with Hiring Managers on selecting the most suitable candidates with a diversity & inclusion approach.
  2. Proactive research and recommendation of new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting.
  3. Sources and recruits candidates for current requisitions via various methods such as social media, professional networking associations and events etc.
  4. Reviews resumes evaluate candidate qualifications and conducts initial phone screens. Informs candidates of the job responsibilities, compensation and benefits programs, work schedule and career advancement opportunities. Presents pre-qualified candidates for consideration, follow-up in a timely manner with Hiring Managers and candidates.
  5. Support of the whole recruiting process and the candidate experience with our application management system (Smartrecruiters).
  6. Builds rapport with hiring managers and gains an understanding of their business and their team dynamics.
  7. Handles employee relations matters and involves HRD when needed to ensure alignment in resolution.
  8. Facilitates the on-boarding/off-boarding of E2M employees to build early assimilation and engagement.
  9. Provides training and coaching to the management team and employees on the implementation of HR processes and programs ensuring effective communication to create employee understanding.
  10. Coordinates and administers training programs.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor / University Degree required, preferably in the field of Human Resources Management or Business Administration.
  • Min. 3 years progressive HR and 2 years Talent & Acquisition experience.
  • Business fluent in English and fluent in Dutch.
  • Knowledge of Dutch labour law beneficial.
  • Experience of working in a global matrix organization and international company is preferred.
