Pay Range: $30 - $32/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• Key Skills; call centre support, Time Stamp, Testing
• Call support will handle incoming and outgoing support calls to/from field testers/engineers during mobile device field testing campains.
• Accurately record the result of each call originated/terminated with the field tester/engineer during field testing sessions.
• Pass/Fail
• Time Stamp
• Perceived Audio Quality
• Generate and submit completed call test report to the field tester/engineer at the conclusion of each test session.
• Ability to read and interpret documents, instructions and policy and procedure.
• Ability to write reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively with all co-workers and visitors.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide all units of measure using whole numbers common fractions and decimals.
• Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
• Ability to interpret a wide variety of instructions, documents, and written or oral information.
