EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT TO THE FOUNDER OF RELENTLESS BRANDS” Master of Organized Chaos & Right-Hand to a Visionary

We’re looking for a driven, grounded, and wildly capable executive assistant to support the founder of Relentless Brands, who is an entrepreneur leading the charge across fitness, wellness, and lifestyle spaces. This is a hands-on, fast-paced, high-touch role where your primary mission is to make the Founder’s life run smoothly and powerfully, both professionally and personally.

You’ll manage the Founder’s day-to-day operations, keep her on track with key priorities, and represent her and the brand with warmth and professionalism when coordinating with talent, vendors, and partners. You’re someone who shows up polished and prepared—but with a vibe that’s approachable, relatable, and easy to trust.

• You’ll Be Her Right Hand: You’re not just supporting a calendar—you’re supporting a mission.
• You’ll Work With Movers & Shakers: You’ll coordinate with creators, vendors, and industry partners on behalf of the Founder and Relentless Brands.
• You’ll Be Trusted With the Details That Matter: From scheduling to sensitive follow-ups—you’ll handle what no one else can.
• You’ll Be In the Room (or Zoom): This isn’t a behind-the-scenes only role—you’ll be a key part of the Founder’s inner circle.
• You’ll Represent the Brand: Your communication and presence will reflect the values, tone, and energy of the Founder and Relentless Brands.

• Founder-Focused Coordination: Manage the Founder’s schedule, travel, meetings, priorities, and calendar like clockwork.
• Vendor & Talent Liaison: Communicate with partners, creators, vendors, and collaborators directly on behalf of the Founder.
• Follow-Up Mastery: You’ll chase details, check boxes, and make sure next steps happen on time.
• Confidential Support: Handle personal tasks and high-level business matters with professionalism and discretion.
• Inbox & Document Management: Keep communication organized, timely, and on-brand.
• Event & Appearance Support: Help coordinate Founder participation in events, interviews, or brand activations.
• Brand Consistency Touchpoint: Ensure all outward communications and interactions are aligned with the Founder’s voice and the Relentless Brands identity.
