Job Description
An Insight Global client is seeking to hire an Executive Assistant to assist two VPs for a large semiconductor manufacturing client in Phoenix, AZ. This is a permanent, direct-hire position with relocation assistance and target bonuses.
Note: starting location in Tempe, AZ and then moving office to Deer Valley (North Phoenix) next year.
Hours: M-F 8-5 (Flexibility required to support VPs due to international travel)
The Role:
This role will directly support two VPs and the CEO while at headquarters.
Key responsibilities include:
Calendar management, scheduling, and coordination across domestic and international time zones
Travel management, including booking flights, hotels, and venues both domestically and internationally using Concur and SAP
Expense report management
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Attending and taking notes at key meetings as needed
Proactively anticipating needs and managing last-minute reschedules, requests, and changes
Qualifications:
~10+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant supporting large global companies
~ Experience in scheduling and coordinating travel both domestically and internationally through Concur
~ Experience managing expense reports
~ Flexibility to accommodate needs outside of standard working hours for alternate time zones
Compensation:
$90k to $130k annually.
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
