Baer is looking for ERP Solution Architects for a perm role with our company.

Title: ERP Solution Architects

Location: Hybrid (Must be based in US, Willing to Travel as Required)

Duration: Perm Hire (Vendors Not Permitted)

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary authority on ERP (SAP or Oracle) solutions, providing insights and strategic guidance to internal teams and clients.
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure that ERP implementations align with industry standards and client objectives.
• Conduct training sessions and workshops to enhance the knowledge and skills of team members and clients regarding ERP functionalities.
• Develop and review technical documentation, including guidelines, standards, and best practices specific to ERP.
• Stay current with ERP trends, updates, and emerging technologies to ensure the organization remains competitive and innovative.
• Participate in client meetings to provide expertise and address questions or concerns related to ERP solutions.
• Assist in the development of marketing materials that highlight Baer Group’s ERP expertise and successful project implementations.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of ERP-related processes and methodologies within the organization

Experience / Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
• Proven experience as a Subject Matter Expert in ERP (Oracle or SAP) with a minimum of 15 years of experience.
• In-depth knowledge of ERP modules (HR, Finance, SCM, Cloud) and industry best practices.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information to diverse audiences.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and mentor junior staff.
• Relevant ERP certifications are a plus.
