We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented NAV 2017 Business Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements, translating them into functional specifications for the development and optimization of Microsoft Dynamics NAV 2017. You will collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for system improvements, support system implementations, and ensure that NAV is effectively aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

* Analyze business processes and gather system requirements from stakeholders.
* Translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications for NAV 2017 solutions.
* Collaborate with technical teams to ensure the successful implementation and integration of solutions.
* Provide support and training to end-users on NAV 2017 functionality.
* Troubleshoot issues, perform system testing, and assist with system upgrades and maintenance.
* Continuously evaluate NAV 2017 performance and recommend improvements to optimize business operations.

Qualifications:

* Strong experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV 2017 (preferably in a business analysis capacity).
* Solid understanding of business processes and ability to translate them into system requirements.
* Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
* Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with both technical and non-technical teams.
* Prior experience with ERP systems or similar technologies is a plus.
