Responsibilities and Duties
What you'll do:
- Design Jewelry, You get to put your creative and designing hat on and create some one-of-a-kind jewelery for clients
- Help clients find the engagement ring of their dreams
- Deliver the perfect diamond or gemstone for clients
- Cultivate sales and complete the sales process
- Communicate with clients expediently and accurately through email, text and phone calls
- Estimate repairs and facilitate through the repair process
- Work in a team environment
- Gain knowledge of gemstones, diamonds and different jewelery
- Work on other tasks as needed
Qualifications and Skills
Who you are:
-An energetic, skilled communicator with a passion for working directly with people.
- Enjoys attention to details.
- Jewelry and design experience a plus, although not necessary.
- Associates degree or higher a plus, although not necessary.
- GIA certificate a plus, but not necessary.
- Retail or sales experience preferred.
- Ability to work within deadlines.
- Ability to work in a team environment
- This position requires some physical demands including but not limited to: moving, talking, listening, reaching, standing and in some cases lifting at least 25lbs, ability to look into a microscope, depth perception, color vision and close vision.
- Must work Saturdays.

Hours: 40 hours a week, closed Sundays and Mondays.
