Customer Service Representative - Forest Park GA


At Athena Farms , we are looking for a Customer Service Representative. This position will provide excellent customer service by handling customer calls related to taking orders, processing returns, resolving customer dissatisfaction, general questions and other duties to include filing, data entry, sorting and scanning.



What you will do:

• Manage customer inquiries and order taking via phone, email and text.
• Resolve customer problems accurately and efficiently.
• Relationship building with new and existing customers.
• Accurately input customers' orders
• Promote to the customers' current sales promotions and present items for upselling.
• Reach out to current customers and obtain new orders.
• Provide follow up with customers on orders to ensure order and delivery was as requested.
• Meet with drivers upon return from routes to ensure all paperwork, payments and changes are complete.
• Collaborate with other departments to build relationships for a seamless workflow.

• Two plus years' experience working in customer service or related area.
• Prior experience working in the produce or food industry is preferred.
• Highly organized and detailed oriented.
• Able to understand organizational priorities and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to professionally speak and write.
• Excellent math and problem solving skills.
• Ability to manage daily stress, ambiguity and change.
• Proficient using Microsoft Office applications and email.
• Ability to multi-task various assignments.
