Cape Ann Coffees is searching for Crew Members! Our Crew Members are cross trained to preform at each stationRegister, Sandwich, and Barista to guarantee the highest service and delicious food and beverages for each and every customer. Crew Members are responsible for delivering top-notch customer service all day, to every customer.

Employees working the Cashier station are responsible for welcoming customers to our cafe, taking and fulfilling orders, and generally expediting and following through on tickets. Employees working the Sandwich station use freshly prepped ingredients for made to order sandwiches, typically with 3 crew members working together at this station during a busy day. At the Barista station, Crew Members are banging out delicious drinks. Candidates working the Drive Thru station will meet customers face to face, take orders, assist in fulfillment of the order, manage the traffic flow to ensure the White Benzo got their entire order, and more. As our staff gets accustomed to our cafe and each station, many Crew Members find that they prefer one station over the others which becomes their Happy Spot!
