As a Business Development Representative (BDR), you will play a key role in driving the growth of our company by identifying new business opportunities and building strong relationships with potential clients. While the primary focus will be on business development, there will be opportunities to engage in direct sales activities.
- Key Responsibilities: Lead Generation & Market Research: Identify and research potential B2B clients, targeting decision-makers.
Business Development: Engage with potential customers to explore their needs and offer relevant solutions, building long-term relationships.
Client Relationship Management: Maintain strong, ongoing relationships with both new and existing clients to encourage repeat business.
Strategy Development: Contribute insights on market trends, client feedback, and competitor activity to help refine business development and sales strategies.
Reporting & Analysis: Track progress, provide regular updates on sales activities, and report on key metrics related to business development and client acquisition.
Sales: Allocate approximately 20% of your time to direct sales activities, including preparing proposals, negotiating terms, and closing deals, while still focusing primarily on business development.
Requirements: - Required Skills:
Fluent in English (spoken and written)
Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to communicate clearly and persuasively, both in writing and verbally.
