Job Description

The Bradley Group is currently seeking a dynamic, outgoing, experienced Area Staffing Manager for their office located in Charleston, SC.

Our ideal candidate will be a Staffing Professional who is passionate about serving Clients & Candidates and is a proven Leader and Team Player. This person will have a proven track record in Recruiting & Account Management within the Staffing Industry.

Duties Include:

  • Responsibility for maintaining & expanding business with existing clients, ensuring a high level of quality is delivered to our clients.
  • Assist with recruiting efforts with team members to support the branch.
  • Ensuring order fulfillment by being involved in the daily recruiting efforts in the branch.
  • Participating in Full Cycle Recruiting Efforts, including onboarding, drug testing, background checks, etc.
  • Visiting clients and building/maintaining a rapport with them.
  • Assisting Sales Team with acquisition of new customers.
  • Resolving employee/client issues that may arise.
  • Analyze customer needs & deliver solutions to meet those needs.
  • Recruiting and screening potential candidates for various customer positions.

Qualifications

  • 3 years of recruitment experience is preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience within a staffing agency environment.
  • Strong customer service focus
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Sense of urgency and ability to handle multiple recruiting efforts simultaneously.
  • Relationship building skills is a must.
  • Tenacity to meet and exceed recruiting goals
  • High School Diploma is required. Associates or Bachelors is preferred
